Enjoy a funny adventure with Kasper, beloved hand puppet hero of Germany, who is known for his stocking cap and audience-engaging humor. Kasper packs to go on a journey, but before he can leave, a cow steals his suitcase. With the help of his best friend, the endearing giant Augustin, Kasper has to go on a rollicking chase to reclaim his suitcase from the cow!

Special thanks to The Jim Henson Foundation for supporting our online puppetry programming.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS

Jana Zeller is a second generation puppeteer whose most trusted puppetry mentors are her parents and whose favorite puppet is Kasper! Since inheriting this show from her mother six years ago, she has toured it with her sister across New England and the United States, and has also taken it back to Germany where it was first created 40 years ago. Jana loves to perform for family audiences, whether they are in a tiny library in Vermont or an esteemed theater in New York. She also teaches puppetry workshops on the road, and art classes at her own studio. She lives with her family in Brattleboro, Vermont.
