“Nomad Theatrical’s adaptation of Henrik Ibsen’s warhorse “The Master Builder” was smashing good theater on every level.”

The Off-Off Broadway Review

ABOUT

A Nitwit son, A Revolutionary Daughter, Not-too-butch-for-primetime Generals, A Put-upon Wife, Exhausted Servants, Air-filled-Lovers, and Mad-As-Hell-Citizenry threaten to tear down the palace of McManus (King of all he surveys in-his-boxer-shorts).  Randy Neale’s “McManus: Fall of a Tyrant” is a scathingly funny socio-political satire hell bent on “giving” (as the kids say) some catharsis to those damn beleaguered lefties!

Downtown NYC (Stalwart? Ignoble servant? Feisty ignat? Seldom remarked upon? Badass theater purveyor?), Your call. Grant Neale’s Nomad Theatrical Company (now in its 34th year) invites you to join this team of  excellent story tellers for an evening of their own brand of theater performed with a very large “T.”  A quote about brothers Grant and Randy Neale’s collaboration a few year’s back:

“If ever the overused term “tour de force” applies, it is with The Fool’s Lear It should be performed in rep with King Lear whenever possible. It is that good!” Talkin’ Broadway
