The Downstairs Theatre is located at 66 East 4th Street on the basement level. A perfect space for theater, dance and other performances. It is also ideal for holding for TV and Film shoots, and is the perfect intimate venue for a party, meeting or gathering.

The Downstairs includes:

  • Large lobby with portable café/bar
  • Gender-neutral restrooms
  • Dressing rooms with showers
  • Green Room
  • Piano
  • Wi-Fi
  • Lights, Sound & Projection Package
