Kids Workshop: Make A Recycled Puppet

Join us for a puppet building workshop with master artist Vickie Frémont. This program is for all ages and incorporates varied recycled materials to make craft objects with an African inspiration.

Vickie Frémont’s work includes textiles and jewelry has been featured at the Smithsonian Museum of African Art, the Museum for African Art, the Bronx Museum of Art, and The Brooklyn Museum, the Museum of Biblical Art (MOBIA). She is working on “Citizen Workshops”, a new program that connects students from different continents to work together to stop climate change.
