Justine Moore (BROADWAY: Theatre Grottesco FILM: Chatroom, Passionfish TV: Wanted, Las Vegas, Crossing Jordan, Charmed) portrays 11 different characters throughout this story. Each unwittingly contributes to the raison d'être for the Ice Queen’s transformation and coming of age. A unique turning point, the understanding of trust and friendship, opens this closed mind (and heart) of youthful rebellion. The results change the course of a life once lost in dismal despair.
This comedy, disguised as high drama, reflects the anguish of adolescents, and the survival instincts of a teenager in crisis. Justine Moore brings eleven characters to life with non-stop action. The Ice Queen stumbles upon the truth she never searched for, and discovers a kinder side of a civilization she never trusted.
This production is directed and developed by Frederick Johntz (Film: TOAST which won a CINE Golden Eagle; concert video TALKING LOUD with Ray Mansarek and Jim Carroll; Development support: MEN OF HONOR; THE DAY REAGAN WAS SHOT, Theatre: SECOND HAND at the Actors Gang) is slated to direct “DECEPTION”.
